Do you offer gluten-free/vegan/allergy-friendly options?

   - We regret to inform you that at this time, we do not have gluten-free or vegan options available. While we strive to accommodate food allergies, please note that traces of allergens may be present in our treats. Rest assured, we are actively developing delicious options to cater to a variety of dietary needs and restrictions, ensuring everyone can indulge in our bakery delights.

How far in advance should I place my order?

- For custom cakes or large orders, please place your order at least 2 months in advance to ensure availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

- We accept payment via major credit cards.

How are your products packaged for delivery?

- At Crumbl.Bakeries, we take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive fresh and intact. We use sturdy, eco-friendly materials that are both sustainable and protective.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

- Yes! Orders can be picked up at our location at 7130 Buford Hwy NE, Atlanta, Ga 30340. Please ensure to arrive on time for your scheduled pickup.

Do you ship nationwide/ internationally?

- At this time, we exclusively only offer pickup. We are looking forward to shipping our goodies to customers nationwide very soon!

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

- We require cancellations be made at least 1 week (7 days) before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

-Cancellations made within 1 week (7 days) of the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will depend on factors such as preparation time, ingredients used, and any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

-Orders canceled after the start of preparation or production may not be eligible for a partial refund, as materials and labor costs may have already been incurred.

- Refunds: Partial refunds are issued for any custom order cancellation made within the specified timeframe. Please allow 1-3 days for processing.

-Partial refunds will be processed using the original payment method and typically issued within 1-3 days of approval.

Are your ingredients locally sourced/ organic?

- While we incorporate locally sourced ingredients into our offerings, we cannot guarantee that all ingredients used are organic.

Do you offer custom cakes or special orders?

- Yes we offer custom cakes and special orders. You can fill out the form on our “Contact“ page for those requests and inquiries and to get a quote on your order.

How should I store your baked goods?

- Our goods are best enjoyed within 2-3 days of receipt for optimal freshness. Upon receipt, we recommend storing baked goods in the refrigerator until you are ready to enjoy them.

*Please Note: our chocolate bars should remain at room temperature, no more than 72 degrees. You may refrigerate, however this will cause the chocolate to “sweat“ when removed from cold temperatures.

Do you have gift options or gift cards available?

- At this time, we do not have gifting options or gift cards available.

Are your products made fresh to order?

- Yes, all of our baked goods and treats are made fresh to order.

Can you accommodate large events or corporate orders?

- Yes, we can accommodate large events and corporate orders. We only ask that those orders be placed 2 months in advance.
