Ordering

  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website or by phone during our operating hours.

  • Custom Orders: For custom cakes or large orders, please place your order at least 2 months in advance to ensure availability.

Payment

  • Methods: We accept payment via major credit cards.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

Pickup and Delivery

  • Pickup: Orders can be picked up at our location at 7130 Buford Hwy NE, Atlanta, Ga 30340. Please ensure to arrive on time for your scheduled pickup.

  • Delivery: We do not offer delivery at this time and apologize for any inconvenience.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 1 week (7 days) before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

  • Cancellations made within 1 week (7 days) of the scheduled delivery date or pickup time may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • The refund amount will depend on factors such as preparation time, ingredients used, and any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

  • Orders canceled after the start of preparation or production may not be eligible for a partial refund, as materials and labor costs may have already been incurred.

  • For shipping, once your order is shipped, we are unable to process a cancellation.

  • Refunds: Partial refunds are issued for any custom order cancellation made within the specified timeframe. Please allow 1-3 days for processing.

  • Partial refunds will be processed using the original payment method and typically issued within 1-3 days of approval.

Quality and Satisfaction

  • Quality: We take pride in using the finest ingredients to create our products. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt. For pickup, we are unable to process any refunds once items have left premises or been accepted by customer.

  • Feedback: We welcome your feedback to continually improve our services and products.

Allergies and Special Requests

  • Allergies: Our products are processed in one facility and may contain traces of: Peanuts, Nuts, Eggs, Gluten, Milk, Soy, Wheat, and Barley. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee our products are allergen-free.

  • Special Requests: We will do our best to accommodate special requests. Please let us know in advance.

  • Data Protection: We respect your privacy and do not share your information with third parties.

  • Marketing: By placing an order, you may opt in to receive marketing communications. You can opt out at any time.

Shipping & Delivery

We specialize in made-to-order baked goods and treats crafted with love and care. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:

Order Processing Time:

  • Each item at Crumbl.Bakeries is freshly made to order to ensure the highest quality and freshness.

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare and bake your treats before they are ready to be shipped.

Shipping Options:

  • At this time, we currently only offer pickup. We are working on being able to ship our delicious goodies to customers nationwide!

Packaging and Freshness:

  • To ensure your treats arrive in perfect condition, we carefully package each order with protective materials.

  • Our baked goods are made with the finest ingredients and are best enjoyed within 2-3 days of receipt for optimal freshness. Upon receipt, we recommend storing baked goods in the refrigerator until you are ready to enjoy them.

    *Please Note: our chocolate bars should remain at room temperature, no more than 72 degrees. You may refrigerate, however this will cause the chocolate to “sweat“ when removed from cold temperatures.
